Book launch for Cynthia Blakeley's The Innermost House: A Memoir (University of Massachusetts Press, 2024) and conversation on autobiographical memory, trauma, and the writing of memoir with Robyn Fivush, Professor Emerita of Psychology. Reception and book signing to follow.
Directions and Parking: If driving, use the entrance to Emory’s campus from Oxford Road; PAIS is the first building you’ll see to the right. Free visitor parking after 4 p.m. in the nearby Peavine Parking Deck (bear left after entering campus from Oxford Road; pass the surface lot and enter the deck halfway up the hill. The arm will be up). You can park in the surface lot, as well; if parking at 4 p.m., you’ll be charged for just one hour, since there’s no charge for staying past 5 p.m. Enter PAIS from Dowman Drive.
