I am a History and Finance Major at Emory University. I am currently working with the Emory University History Honors program to complete a thesis on the history of themed experiences and attractions throughout the world, unpacking the great leaps in the theme park industry from 1950 to present day. During my time at Emory, I have served as president of the Emory Club Baseball team, a member of the club sports budget committee, and a member of the IDEAS fellowship. Outside of school, I love to read classic literature (my favorite book is John Steinbeck’s East of Eden), go mountain biking, or play sports (baseball and basketball are my favorites). After my education, I look to work for the theme park industry, contributing to Walt Disney Imagineering or Universal Creative.
