James Kazama Organization & Management and Interdisciplinary Studies

James Kazama is a sophomore from Atlanta, Georgia who is double majoring in organization and management as well as the interdisciplinary studies major researching how workers can flourish in the age of AI.  He has done research in industrial/organizational psychology at Rice University through the Hebl lab and is also currently on the Emory Men’s Tennis team where he has used his passion for tennis to help coach special needs kids through the Special Pops organization. His main academic interests include behavioral psychology, philosophy, and economics.
