ILA Office Hours
Faculty
Most faculty will not be on campus this semester but they are all available to meet virtually on Zoom. Faculty are also available to answer your questions via e-mail.

Staff
To minimize density on campus, staff will continue to work remotely for the majority of spring semester. We will not be on campus in the ILA office full-time this semester. To contact or meet with staff, please review the options below:
Available During Business Hours: We are available on Zoom and e-mail during regular business hours ( Monday - Thursday, 9am - 5pm and Friday 9am - 3:30p).
Open Office Hours (Zoom): We are available in a Zoom meeting room for drop-in hours four days a week. See the meeting room details below and the schedule in the table below. If these times do not work with your schedule, you can contact Emma or Keisha directly to schedule an appointment.

Socially-Distanced Appointments on Campus: Emma Ellingson will be on-campus and available to meet by appointment only on Wednesdays and Thursdays beginning February 10, 2021.

I am an IDS/AMST junior and I need to take IDS 390 this semester. What should I do?
If you are an IDS/AMST major who has completed the entire declaration process, you will receive an e-mail from Keisha Kuma a few days before November 16 with a permission number for this course. If you do not receive a permission number, please e-mail Emma Ellingson (Academic Department Administrator) to check on the status of your declaration.I am an IDS/AMST honors senior and I am not able to get into a graduate course. What should I do?
Register for our Proseminar (IDS 490R-1) which will meet this requirement line for the IDS/AMST major with honors. To receive a permission number for this course, please e-mail Keisha Kuma.
