The awardee, a current PhD student in any LGS program, will work with the faculty in the ILA to facilitate a pre-existing course in the Fall. In the Spring, the Fellow can develop a new courses or team-teach an existing course with an ILA faculty member, or propose a semester-long project with undergraduates, that builds on the fellow’s own research interests, and integrate across the sciences, social sciences, humanities and arts.  We are particularly interested in creative ideas for facilitating intellectual community across disciplines and across faculty, graduate students and undergraduate students.
